Zomotion is a way of making  my sculptures move. Having the skeleton scene from Jason and the Argonauts  burnt into my imagination at a young age I have never lost the wonder and enjoyment of animation. By creating Zoetrope's I can create 3d animations that work in real time in real life, and I scratch the creative itch.

I use traditional sculpting techniques, as I love making things by hand, to create figures and models of any subject that enters my imagination. I then 3d scan the original model and use 3d design software to articulate the model. These models are then 3d printed to be mounted on my spinning machine.

The electronics side of the 3d Zoetrope has taken many hours of development combined with studying electronics and currently gaining electrical training qualification ,so the machine is both reliable and safe.

The creative freedom of this method allows me to design make and install any themed 3d Zoetrope to suit any idea or event
